Component Testing on the Linear Drive

The Screw - Driver is an innovative component test rig that has been trialled in various research projects. As an axially clamped linear drive test stand, it is the first choice for testing lubricants and linear drive material pairings.

Screw-Driver with Smart Sensors for Lubricant Monitoring

The normal force in the Screw-Driver is realised in the form of axial tensioning via a supporting spindle. The highlight of the design is the sensor system and camera, which are not only able to record the classic output variables of the tribological load, but also document the displacement of the lubricant through movement.
